1. In order to reset your password, please visit: https://ondemand.defensityone.com/users/password/new
2. Enter your Email address and click Submit
3. From the email received, click on Change my password
4. On the link that will open, enter a new password twice and click on Change My Password.
5. Your password will change and will automatically log you in to the website.
6. If you are having any issues resetting your password, please read the below:
- Search your Inbox and Spam/Junk folder for an email from noreply@notify.icsiglobal.com
- Make sure that noreply@notify.icsiglobal.com is added to your safe sender list in your email provider.
- If you see Error: reset token failed, this usually happens when clicking Forgot my password many times and attempting to use an old link. It can also happen if you click on a link that is over 6 hours old. We recommend that you click on Forgot my password one more time and only use the most recent email.
